TEDxUofL can't happen without Volunteers! The Organizing Committee
is searching for those persons that are inspired by TEDx and want to make
TEDxUofL a success. Please indicate your interest by filling out the form
below and we will be in contact with you.
Volunteer Roles
- Registration: Sit the registration desk to register the attendees.
- Program Distribution: Programs will be distributed at the entrance while greeting the attendees into the auditorium.
- Wayfinding Floaters: Float through the library and near the entrance to help guide people to the registration desk and the event location. Also answer general questions.
- Social Media Buzz Person: These energetic volunteers will need a smartphone and be social media savvy. Tweeting the experience including photos from the "Photo Op" banner.
- Green Room Attendant: The speakers respite area will need to be attended to meet any needs that the speakers may have or questions they need answered.
